I am not fond of Photoshop but I do like taking photos. And I'm glad that photography has nothing to do with Photoshop at all, unless of course you choose to edit extensively for other purposes. What I want in photography is to retain as much originality as possible the moment something is captured.
Walter Blythe is my new friend, his mother Anne Shirley-Blythe, being my friend too, has to rest for the past year. Two years ago, I was supposed to make a new blog with my photo practices in it but haven't had the time to update it so it remained private. It's been more than a year since I last took photos and I'm trying to remember basic photography guidelines Lente taught me. Maybe I will begin practicing with still photos first since that's the easiest. For composition, lighting and other technicalities, I will have to depend on my instinct for the meantime and corrections from Ate Ree. Roses were the only outstanding subjects Walter and I found at church yesterday so we took advantage of it.
