It's been a month since I started formal instruction of the Korean language in the Korean Cultural Center. Though it holds much of my interest, learning a new language is truly stretching. I have to unlearn some things, such as instinct-based grammar construction and stick to what we are being taught. Today we had a review and practiced reading, writing, and listening. When we came to the listening part, my energy dwindled and I dropped my attention from my teacher. This is the result:
